The paving crew was equally impressive. They were clearly experts at their craft and did an incredible job working through the layers of damaged ground and debris left behind by years of neglect. They were careful where it mattered, paid attention to every detail, and were very deliberate about keeping the area clean throughout the project. And then there’s Luis, who really made the entire project come together.
